These Terms govern your use of Create 2 Harvest ("C2H", "we") — the enrollment portal, Member OS, Discord community, School, and bots (HARD CUT, HARD SCOUT, HARD RADAR, HARD FEED, and the cross-platform publisher). By enrolling or using any part of C2H, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information at enrollment and keep it current. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
If you connect a YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok account for cross-platform publishing, you remain solely responsible for that account and for complying with that platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies. C2H is a publishing tool you direct — you are responsible for the content you choose to submit and publish through it. C2H is not liable for actions a third-party platform takes against your account (suspension, strikes, demonetization, etc.), including as a result of content you submitted for publishing.
You can disconnect a platform at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to stored tokens when you do.

Violating this section may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
You retain ownership of clips and content you produce. By submitting content for publishing through C2H's tools, you grant C2H a limited license to process, edit, store, and transmit that content solely to perform the service you requested (e.g. reframing, captioning, and posting it to your connected accounts or Discord channels). C2H doesn't claim ownership of your content and doesn't publish it anywhere beyond what you direct.
Individual results vary. Most people who try content-clipping or similar businesses earn little or no money. An FTC staff review of income disclosure statements from comparable programs found most participants earned $1,000/year or less, and in many programs reviewed, most participants earned nothing at all. Nothing in C2H's marketing, School, or Member OS is a promise, average, or typical result.
C2H's compensation/override plan has not completed legal review as of this writing, and no member has been paid under a finalized plan. Signing someone up never pays their sponsor anything — overrides, where they exist, only ever compute from real, verified campaign production. Real payout infrastructure activates only after an attorney-reviewed compensation plan is finalized.
C2H's tools, School, and Discord community are provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted bot availability, specific campaign earnings, or that any third-party platform (Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord) will continue to operate the way it does today. To the maximum extent permitted by law, C2H is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost income, lost content, or third-party platform actions against your accounts.
You can cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, for fraud or abuse, or for non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) continue to apply after your account closes.
We may update these Terms as C2H's tools and policies evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of C2H after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
